Scope of the guarantee

The end result of a dental treatment is affected by the health and hygiene behaviour of the patient, for which the dentist can not give guarantee.

The guarantee is only valid if a patient

• maintains the minimum oral hygiene activities,
• keeps the oral hygiene advices suggested by the dentist,
• keeps the special cleaning of the denture,
• the applied denture (crown, inlay, bridge, denture) was defective at the time of construction.

The guarantee is not valid in the following cases, if the patient

• The guarantee is not valid in the following cases, if the patient
• does not keep the oral hygiene advices suggested by the dentist,
• does not use the denture accordingly (dropping, hitting)
• consequences: porcelain splinters by the harder teeth compression
• stretching of the porcelain coat.
